Side walk broken and uneven

Sidewalk is very uneven and has lifted in a few places and we have seen both a child and an older person trip and fall because of the uneven surface.

Raised joint in sidewalk. My wife went on her usual walk and tripped on the raised edge of the sidewalk causing her to fall. She fell on her knees and face causing a cut lip and severe damage to her knees and mouth and nose.

This is actually being worked on but they blocked it off a while ago and have not returned to finish the job. The problem is now that the boards seem unstable and people seem to be getting caught on the temporary walkway.
