If you look closely, there are three issues with this curb cut: 1) The asphalt is several inches higher than the gutter, making it hard for strollers and other wheeled devices to safely and smoothly enter the street. 2) The curb cut forces those of us on wheels to head toward the busy street. 3) The light pole placement.
