Traffic backed up. Addition of two lanes

The temporary signage at this intersection is causing people to drive into the wrong lane. See picture for a full line of cars, including a city bus, in the wrong lane which people will be turning left into off of Elbow drive.

This is a three-way stop but I have seen quite a few vehicles run through at high speed on Crowchild without stopping. This is a serious safety issue.

Near miss of a vehicle hitting a pedestrian. The intersection does not allow for a pedestrian to see oncoming traffic without being fully into the intersection.
