Issue: Missed Street - Re-Sweep Request

Specific Details of Issue: Yet again we wake up to our street, not being swept. This has happened the last few years. If not longer, we all move our vehicles and they never show up. They come either two days late or five days early when vehicles are still parked there and they do not get sweat properly
