There are few people not cleaning the dog waste after their business. It's all over the side walk and around fence area. I have cleaned that area many times. Plus put the signage of clean the pet waste. But people are not following the rules. I know 1 dog owner who never clean up her dog waste? However I don't have a photo or video as a proof. What will be my options.
