Issue: Uneven Surface / Cracks
Specific details of the issue: Icey road led to traffic accident. Car hit parked car and ended up on my lawn. Accident caused by skating rink road comditions on bend in road. Cars underestimate how slick the road is. Road needs sand pebble for some traction.
