Describe Issue: During the rush hour at this intersection between 14 St NW and Panatella Blvd NW, being in the left lane is absolutely impossible to make a left turn. Problem in the absence of a left-hand traffic light that can easily help traffic turn left. Many unscrupulous drivers do not follow the rules and use the right lane to drive straight, which creates an accident hazardous area.
