Put a sign/and or lights for pedestrians to cross and people not to park here

Details of request: Please add more signage to this cross walk area for pedestrians. There is only the white marking on the ground. Cars do not pay attention and speed through everyday and never stop for pedestrians. There needs to be signs or a button for people to walk across. Cars park here non stop and don't treat this as a crosswalk. People are nervous to cross all the time it's dangerous.

Specific location details: You can see exactly where in the picture the white marks on the ground is where the cross walk is supposed to be. People use it to park. And people can't use it to cross and are crossing dangerously in the parking lot because of this.
