The concrete drain between properties ends at the sidewalk and then slopes upwards so all of the water pools on the sidewalk. The curb blocks the water from going to the street gutter as is needed. During the numerous freeze and thaw cycles, the pooled water freezes making the sidewalk dangerous. Other times the pathway is flooded and cannot be used. Unsure if concrete is sinking or if this was a design flaw when installed.
