The City put in a new light post. The concrete was not replaced and the asphalt that was put in place is causing access issue and drainage issues. This is right in front of our church and community centers handicap parking and ramp. We are looking for the city to replace the concrete portion that existed previously.

Specific Details: The asphalt is heaving and sinking causing uneven edges to the existing concrete sidewalk.

Specific Location: Pictures will indicate the only square of asphalt in front of the community hall main entrance
