city placed inexplicably stupid barrier blocking the right lane. this obstructs traffic flow and will re-route vehicles through the auburn house parking lot. please remove asap! this is a terrible waste of money. I can't find the right place to complain about this asinine decision. Please re-route or tell me where to go to petition having this removed.
