Contractor has blocked the entire street as we are not allowed to exit from street onto 14th we can not exit from our house this contractor Precision underground services did not provide notice that the road would be blocked in fact when I spoke to him at 10:45 they stated that they would do each lane at a time per the photo they blocked the entire street I can not legally use my vehicle we had no prior notice
