Tree Maintenance - City Owned at 3717 41 St SW Glenbrook

We have a tree in our front yard that I believe is the city of Calgary‘s responsibility for pruning. The tree is covering more than half of the road above. I am concerned that there might be a risk to vehicles parked on the street. Last year when the snow hit the tree, almost touched the top of the cars. Please let me know what I need to do to get assistance with this.
