Issue: Permanent Sign (Add or Modify)

Details of request: the new intersection at 144 and 24th street Is not properly marked. There is no indication that the lanes change from two lanes to one coming up the hill. The last two mornings when turning left onto 24th street have been terrifying because the oncoming traffic isn’t paying attention and it changes quickly to one straight lane and a right turning lane into ambleton.
