First, I want to say I'm sorry. I live in Hamptons NW(10109 Hamptons Blvd NW) and there are three pine trees next to my house. These pine trees are so big that they shielded the sun, and the surroundings were so dark and gloomy. And there are many dead branches that look messy, so I cut off some branches and cleaned around. But one of my neighbors kindly informed me that the trees belong to the city and that I shouldn't trim them. I’m so sorry, I didn't know such a by-law.
