Issue: Lock or Unlock Gate to Road / Backlane
Type of Fence: Bollard
Provide Specific Details of the Issue: There's no reason for the construction to block the sidewalk. I didn't feel safe when people were trying to travel both directions and there's not enough room. Please remove the fence from City property.
Specific Location details to assist crew to locate: By the traffic circle, bus stop and new building construction currently 4 floors up.
