I am writing to bring your attention to a safety concern regarding a basketball hoop that has been placed near Tuscany Ridge Playground. The hoop in question appears to have been moved to this location by an unknown individual. It isn't securely fastened & is only weighted down by a few pieces of rocks, making it unstable & potentially dangerous, especially in windy conditions. I've spoken with several of my neighbors in the crescent, and none of them claim ownership of this hoop.

Specific Details of issue: My concern is for the safety of the children who frequently play in the area & near by parked vechicles
