E-Scooter - Rider Behavior Concerns at 46 9 St NE

Scooter rider on a busy sidewalk carelessly crossing the doorway of a 100+ unit condo building, oblivious to the situation and clearly not looking where he's going. They're allowed on quiet sidewalks. This isn't one. Scooters should be disabled on this sidewalk north of LRT, or direct them to the very nearby Regional Pathway.
