I am a senior citizen who walks daily. While walking my dog on a public sidewalk, I tripped, resulting in a loss of consciousness. The fall was captured on a neighbour's security camera. I was able to make it home, although I have no memory of that. I went to a neighbour for help who called 911. I was transported to hospital via ambulance where I was diagnosed with concussion and a laceration to side of face.

Specific Details: The sidewalks in my neighbourhood are in a state of disrepair. This is dangerous for seniors, children and the visually impaired. The city should be repairing the sidewalks or at a minimum, spray painting the dangerous areas.
