There are four blue e-scooters parked in the middle of the sidewalk. If someone in a wheelchair, someone with a walker, someone with mobility issues or someone pushing a stroller needs to use that sidewalk, they now have to navigate this obstacle course. I am so tired of this. Get rid of the scooters.
