Catch Basin / Storm Drain Concerns at 7531 Macleod Tr SW

There is free-flowing water flowing through a crack in the pavement on 75th Ave., Southwest at the intersection of Macleod Trail, immediately adjacent to the new Petro Canada station that's under construction. It is on the westbound lane of 75 Ave SW. As I thought this might be an emergency, I tried to call 311 directly and was told it's at least a 40 minute wait. Your system sucks for emergency calls.
