Snow On City-maintained Pathway or Sidewalk-WAM (OLD SR) at 441 Huntley Wy NE

Bobcat contractor operator , doesn't clear the snow of walk properly. Previous years operator tills the bucket towards grass and pushes the snow away from the cars . Now if this is not possible, then get out of bobcat and shovel
