Sign to indicate no exit or no access to 85 st

Details of request: Would it be possible to place a sign that states no exit or cul-de-sac? We consistently get traffic turning to go west on 48th Ave., only to discover that they are unable to go through to 85th St. and they have to do a U-turn. It's a real issue specially, on weekends. While there is a sign that indicates a cul-de-sac when the cars are already on 48th Ave. there's nothing to guide cars when they are driving on 83rd St. making a left turn on 48th Ave.
