Details of request: Pedestrian crosswalk and traffic lights

Specific location details: 144 ave/ Edith gate. it's been a year, and we are still waiting for traffic lights and pedestrian crosswalk. the city needs to understand that our kids are crossing the here every single day now to go to school. This is a huge safety concern. Please do the necessary. this is my 4th request in 7 months
