Shrubs, Flowers, Leaves Maintenance in a Park-WAM at 390 Magnolia Sq SE

Crews came to properly clean up the gardens in the park finally for the first time all year and going on 2 weeks now only did half of it and left mounds of dirt and weeds, which are just growing now. Please have crews come and finish the work they started for once.
