The garbage bins along the sidewalk/pathway along the BRT at Blackfoot 17 Ave SE and Deerfoot by the bow river canoe club. They haven't been emptied in 6 weeks and now the garbage is overflowing. It isn't just these two bins but all of the bins along the BRT bridge.
