Request Flashing Crosswalk Lights

Issue: Permanent Sign (Add or Modify)

Details of request: Install flashing crosswalk signals. Crosswalk is on a busy road (19th st) with a lot of walking, running and cycling traffic on pathway (lots of children too). Both east and west directions are downhill to the street. Have witnessed now three close calls with tragic not stopping for walkers and cyclists.

Specific location details: 19th St NW and West Confed Park. Bery busy road. Lots of speeding. Well used pathway system it's fast approaches (downhill) from both directions. Also lots of family use.
