Yesterday while crossing the street with my young daughter we were almost hit by a SUV doing a u-turn. The driver did stop but completely blocked the entire intersection blocking traffic is ALL directions. Then going to work the same day, I almost hit another SUV doing a u-turn (see photo). I have lived at this intersection for 10 yrs and the problem is getting worse, specifically around school start/end times.

Issue: Permanent Sign (Add or Modify)

Details of request: At the start of last school year, more signage and small cement barriers were added to the intersection of Panatella Blvd X Panton Rose NW to help prevent cars from doing u-turns and passing others in the busy intersection at the school. This has help at this intersection HOWEVER it has just pushed the problem one block away the intersection of Panatella Blvd X Panatella Rise NW. Can these same measures be added to this intersection? It's unsafe to drive or even walk at this intersection.
