Between 5 st and the building at 517 16 ave NE. Sidewalk has lifted and caused a tripping hazard/accessibility issue. Also a snow removal issue. High travel area near bus stops, co-op and schools. When removing snow, have had to assist a motorized wheel chair over the lift.
