Road Repair at 4211 76 Av NE

This need to fixed right away. We are calling /emailing for 3 weeks now. We don't understand why it's still not fixed. This is the only road to 3 business in this area. Literally, 3-4 cars got stuck just today. Look at the truck in picture, how deep it is. Also, it's right in front of city yard.
