Yield sign should be a stop sign

Details of request: In the last 2 days I have witnessed 3 cars ignore the yield sign and cut off vehicles coming down Evanston Way. Last week I witnessed a car blow straight through, not even slowing down. 1 second later and he would have been creamed by a City Transit bus. My neighbour was almost run over walking across the street by a lady who was trying to beat a car coming
