All of the traffic signals are blinking red turning on and off. They have like this for 2 days now and still aren't fixed. This is going to cause an accident if it hasn't already.

Pedestrian walk signal does not activate. Observed this issue for two cycles of light changes. Look into this please, this intersection has a lot of traffic and vehicles making turns.
