Large amount of wet leaves need to be cleaned up

In the Royal Abbey Playground area. You can see there are tons of pocket gopher holes everywhere along fences especially along the fence behind 69 Royal Highland that backs onto this playground.

Park garden still neglected and not proper cleaned of weeds. Reported several times and not once been properly maintained at all this year. One garden dug up and left after sprinkler repair.
