Newly relocated traffic signal at Mcknight Blvd and Deerfoot Trail is causing more traffic congestion than before. Timing needs to be corrected

Describe Issue: Westbound Mcknight is congested after the traffic signal has been relocated at the Deerfoot Trail interchange. It is causing more backup at the Mcknight and 12St intersection. The traffic signal timing for Westbound traffic at the newly relocated traffic signal has to be timed with the signal the 12st NE. More green time for thru traffic.
