Describe Issue: At 10:00 pm on several occasions the left turn signal does not activate. Last night 10 cars were forced to turn left on a red light because the left turn light didn't activate for 3 cycles, approx. 5 minutes. Even a City of Calgary handibus had to proceed. This has occurred over several months. Please rectify.
