6 flags to be replaced . Concrete cracking and heaving . Water getting underneath sidewalk . City of Calgary inspector showed up on last request . Never even got out their truck to inspect as there was a ft of snow on the ground . Been doing concrete wrk for 25years this needs to be fixed !
