2nd Avenue NE is NOT a thru road, it is a cul-de-sac. The end of the road has been plowed and vehicles are jumping the curb to come down 2nd Avenue NE. Vehicles are driving over a pedestrian sidewalk to avoid the road closure at 1st Avenue NE and 6th St NE. Please send someone out before someone is injured and there needs to be better signage making it known 2nd Avenue NE is a cul-de-sac.
