The back alley is a mud pit. It was promised that or alley was to be graded and gravel brought in last year. This never happened. Due to this neglect all the vehicles in this block are now either parking in the streets or tracking dirt and making the alley worse. It is impossible for some to reach their garbage bins due to the depth of the mud. This needs to be fixed now! Or taxes should give us this. Especially since it was promised.
