In the alley behind 2033 and 2035, standing water. Last week, the water had entered garages on both sides of the alley. This is typical for Jan/Feb and spring thaws over past 2 years after construction activity lower alley in this spot or raised alley with new garages to the south. There is a signed petition to pave the alley and I'd like to ensure this low area is addressed separately or in the plans to pave.
