Debris on Backlane at 427 Forest Wy SE
There is several spots in the back alley where someone has dropped bags of garbage and is now ripped open by the homeless people and animals down the lane. There is also what looks like a small tank tread maybe off small equipment. I tried to remove it myself but it is way too heavy for one person to lift.
