Fire Hydrant Concerns at 1269 1315 10 St SW

This connaught open street is a total hinderance to the neighborhood. I live 2 blocks away and walk my dog everyday and there is never people utilizing this area. I have seen a lady stop for a smoke and homeless people sitting in there...that is it. I have Never seen kids there. The amount of hassel it is to drive around it is ridiculous. The planters aren't being taken care of. Its an eye sore now, it needs to go. It didn't work. Put it in the connaught Huge school parking lot.
