Issue: Uneven Surfaces / Cracks

Specific details of the issue: Water main break in mid February filled up with clay dirt now there are big rut holes can't drive over it anymore neighbour can use his driveway or garage afraid of being stuck in mud when it rains. He also has no parking in the front of his house since he is on memorial drive.
