Lines and sinkage, manholes

Issue: Manhole (too high or too low only)

Specific details of the issue: Lines are not visible, Hazard to drivers , guessing what line to use going to highway or Shaganapi. Signage to choose which line to use is placed to late. Lots of drivers stop and force traffic to stop as the trying not to go into highway and others do the opposite ( they need to go into highway north)
