Sidewalk or Curb - Repair at 1021 13 Av SW
No drainage in winter. This is meltwater over ice. Very dangerous and hard to navigate. Need to hike over snowbank and walk in roadway.

Specific Details: The sidewalk was repaired a year or two ago and when replaced it was done so with a low part in the middle. The water does not drain in winter or summer, always a puddle present after precipitation
