Describe Issue: When facing south this left have turn signal as pictured does not have a yield on green function which leaves a very long line of traffic waiting for that left hand turn when often between 5-8 there are large gaps in traffic. There is a factory with over 500 employees that operates from 6am-6pm just down this road which has inflated the traffic turning. Please include a yield on solid green into the traffic light pattern.
