This intersection is incredibly busy, and should have lights accompanying the poorly placed pedestrian signs. I have seen and heard multiple near-accidents, and pedestrians nearly hit every day while walking my dog. Last summer, I was crossing here and one driver stopped for me, while another didn't because they were speeding down the road not paying attention, and they rear ended her. This intersection is far too busy, full of students and residents trying to cross while drivers are speeding at 100 km because they think this road is a Highway.
