Submitted a previous 311 for overgrown pathway. The main route (and not the feeders) was cut, but cut very poorly as seen in photo. The entire pathways should be properly groomed to an acceptable standard and this current state isn't acceptable. In fact it is worse since the overgrowth still remains the attempted cut was so Poorly executed and since the overgrowth was significant the amount of material left behind is also significant. The solution is periodic regular cutting! Poorly done folks.
