Sign on Street, Lane, Sidewalk - Request for New at 4907 8 St SW

Please reference #18-00603940. Note: a handicapped ramp or and no parking sign is required. Misc vehicles keep parking on this ramp and it is impeding my use and access of the parking pad attached. If the city would be willing to sell the ramp to me reasonably I would erect the signage myself.
