311 Response: This has been sent to Water Dept on SR 272805>>>>>>On March 21/18 Bugaboo Landscaping bobcat (driven by Adrian) cleared snow and ice from Wood Crescent across the city sidewalk creating a thick ice covering on the sidewalk and huge snow/ice piles all along the Heritage Woods lawn area beside our condo unit. Ice on this sidewalk is not only dangerous but also a legal liability to people walking and/or trying to access the Canada Post mailboxes. This icing situation will continue as these snow piles are on a hill above the sidewalk and will probably take several weeks to disappear as this area is shaded from sun. Most of the melting snow drains onto the city sidewalk to reach the storm sewer outlet down the block to the East.
