Traffic/Pedestrian Signal Repair at 540 16 Av NE

Please reopen this SR. The only reason the signal is cycling is that northbound vehicles (phase 2) are being detected.
Type of Traffic Device: Traffic Signal Light or Pole
Specific details of problem: Phase 6 SB detector is not functioning. When a vehicle approaches SB they need to wait for a pedestrian or NB vehicle for the signal to cycle. This needs to be dispatched as it has been 2 weeks.
